After the loss of her newborn son Elon, fellow maker Gallit Cavendish found solace and beauty in creating handmade rope baskets. Her business, Loveline Baskets, came about over the years as a way for her to center in her grief and to find a new way in life. Each basket is a true labor of love: all are handmade and hand-dyed by Gallit herself, out of her home in Bowdoinham, Maine. Read more about Gallit’s inspiring maker journey on our blog.

The best way to clean your Harvest Work Basket is with cool water, a toothbrush and baking soda – nature’s original cleanser. Dilute a small amount of baking soda in water, applying the paste to your toothbrush first before applying to your basket. Be sure to spot-test before attempting to clean a larger area.
