Leila Raven began knitting on a whim in 2003, teaching herself how to knit using free resources on the internet. Her design inspiration comes from a deep love of the natural world, from botanical motifs and textures to the fibers and dyes themselves. She lives on stolen Wabanaki Confederacy land, currently known as Portland, Maine, USA.

If you purchase the print + pdf bundle, we will mail you a printed copy, and you will also receive a pdf copy in the same manner as above.

We offer a range of shipment options through USPS. The shipping cost will depend on order size and destination - our shipping pricing comes directly from USPS.

Shipping is free on orders over $150 shipped within the contiguous US. We charge $9.50 flat-rate shipping for Alaskan and Hawaiian orders over $150.

Focusing this title on triangular shawls, Leila expertly brings the knitter through different treatments of triangular shawl design, such as direction and shaping rates, favorite techniques for starting and finishing, plus she gives excellent tips on how to read your knitting when working a chart-only pattern.
