This pattern is available for FREE with any purchase of Stone Wool Border Leicester.

Alice is a squishy-soft, generously sized crescent shawl, knitted in yarn spun from Border Leicester, a lustrous, soft and silky fiber. Worked mostly in humble garter stitch, it makes a buoyant, inviting shawl for wrapping up in. The border’s lace pattern requires working the pattern on every row, not just right-side rows. But take heart: There aren’t so many stitches in the border panel and the knitting steps are predictable. After a few repeats, you'll be right at home and cruising along, regardless of which side is facing you.
