36 sts and 30 rnds = 4" [10 cm] in cross stitch pattern, after blocking

NOTES:

Scarf is knitted in the round as a tube in stockinette stitch, first in cross stitch pattern, then stripe pattern. Scarf is then blocked flat before the ends are grafted together.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Crochet provisional cast on (instructions included), working in the round (sample was knitted with dpns--links provided for using 2 circs or magic loop), stranded color work, Kitchener stitch/grafting (link provided).
