Gauge:

22 sts and 30 rows = 4" [10 cm] in St st with larger needles, after blocking.
24 sts and 30 rows = 4" [10 cm] in cable panel with larger needles, after blocking.

Construction:

Tank is worked from the bottom up, first in rows for side vents, then joined to work in the round to the underarm. Front and back are then worked separately in rows, with the straps joined with Kitchener stitch.  The armhole and neck edging stitches are picked up and worked in the round.

Skills Required:

Long-tail cast on, picking up stitches, cabling with or without cable needle, kitchener stitch (links provided); increasing, decreasing, working in the round. Charts and line-by-line instructions provided.
