21 sts and 34 rnds = 4" [10 cm] in Stockinette stitch, with larger needles, after light steam blocking.
Construction:
Stitches are cast on in the center, like in toe-up socks, and the wrap is then knitted in the round from the center out. Stitches are bound off loosely at the edge, to keep it stretchy while retaining the minimal style of the wrap. Thus the edges will roll.
