Construction:
Rue is knit from the top down, with the openwork diamond pattern yoke worked first, knit flat. Then sts are increased on larger needles, and worked in the round, increasing for raglan shaping. Finally, the body and sleeves are separated, and each is knit in the round to the desired length, with eyelets at the neck and end of the sleeve for an i-cord drawstring.
