Once the underarm to hem depth (on the right side, no tail side) is reached, some stitches will be bound off and then the tail will be worked. The tail stitches will be worked flat with periodic decreases so that a long triangular tail is formed. Shoulder stitches are seamed together before working the sleeves. Sleeves are picked up and worked in the round and then bound off.

Jill Thompson Beach

$ 8
Inspired by summer vignettes such as clothes on a clothesline gently swaying in the breeze, or dancing feathers on graceful birds flying, designer, Jill Thompson Beach brings us the Aerial Tee.  Knit in organic linen, Sparrow, the Aerial Tee exudes a simple elegance in its drape, open neck, and rolled-edged details.  However, its true allure lies in an unexpected and captivating detail - a long tail cascading gracefully down the side body. This elongated feature adds a touch of drama and uniqueness, transforming the tee into a statement piece, and creating a sense of flight and flow with every step.
