When we first held a skein of the 3-ply/aran weight version of our Gulf Coast Native, we knew it was absolutely perfect for cables. The yarn's round, plumphand begs for strong dimensional stitches. The Clara Hat showcases a large double cable alternating with a fan favorite, a single column of Honeycomb stitch. With this much going on in the hat proper, it is finished with a nice clean edge--no rib to distract the eye.
