puffin / 1 (2, 2, 2) skeins MC; size M shown in iceland 153 and size L in kittywake 151 / 1 skein CC; size M shown in bird’s egg 106 and size L in sedum 142 / Note: Only approx 8 (11, 11, 13) yds of the CC are used per pair. If you have Puffin leftovers, use them!
NEEDLES:
24" circular in size US 13 [9 mm] / set dpns in size US 13 [9 mm] / spare needle in size US 15 [10 mm]
GAUGE:
11¼ sts and 18 rows = 4" [10 cm] in reverse stockinette stitch, after blocking
NOTES:
Slippers are knitted flat from heel to toe. Stitches are bound off to create the cuff. Top of foot and front of cuff are seamed, and back of foot is closed using the three-needle bind off. Stitches are picked up around top of cuff and worked in a contrasting color.
