cauldron color dreams
When thinking about Cauldron, our new limited edition Osprey, we started talking about knit-purl motifs that would look amazing in this color. Quite a few fall accessories came to mind, that made us immediately want to cast on! Thought we'd share them with you:
Avery by Melissa LaBarre, published in the first Wool collection (a series of collaborations with Cecily Glowik MacDonald) in August 2011, is for sure a Quince favorite. Shown in its original Honey, look below to see what it would look like in our pretty limited edition gray!
Falmouth was offered up by Alicia Plummer (and there's a hat version!) for Scarves, etc 2013, which we published in early March of that year. Originally worked up in Split Pea, we think it would be a great pairing with Cauldron.
Pam Allen, in her exploration of basket stitch (see here, here, here, and here), designed Caribou for cushy Osprey, and we published the piece in November of our inaugural year, 2010. Here it is in Peacock. See below for this sweet motif in Cauldron.
We published Fluting, designed by Whitney Hayward, as part of our Core Wool celebration in 2018. This was knitted up in Fjord (and a shorter version in Glacier), and we see it for sure looking gorgeous in this gray.
